Thanks Carhartt!

The great folks at Carhartt were gracious enough to send some Carhartt Clothing for my husband to try out. They wanted him to try them out and let them know what he thought. Well he did just that!

The Dungarees:

Here he is wearing a pair of black Ripstop Work Dungarees. They are made out of a durable,US military-grade ripstop fabric with interlocking nylon threads that resist tearing.

They are lightweight, 6.5 ounces, 50% cotton/50% nylon blend breathes easily, dries quickly and feels as comfortable as cotton.

Deep, reinforced front and back pockets, multiple tool and utility pockets: garmet is engineered for ease of motion.

These aren't something that Mike would wear to work, because he welds and they would probably catch on fire, however he looked so nice that I took him out to dinner that night, we went to the La Cabana Restaurant in San Antonio. We go there a lot and so do a lot of people that we know. He ran into his cousin and she complimented Mike on how nice he looked and he told them all about how Carhartt was nice enough to send the clothes for him to try and even did a little modeling pose and everybody got a pretty good laugh out of that! He told several other people that night about the clothes and some of the people were surprised that Carhartt sold such nice looking clothes because like us they were only aware of the rugged outerwear.

The Shirt:

The shirt is the "Work-Dry" with moisture management and odor control. Fabric is made of 60% cotton/40% polyester blend to pull sweat away from the body and up to the surface for quick evaporation. Fabric doesn't cling like some wicking shirts.

Fabric also fights odors!
